This is an issue for one of my nations as well. We really don’t want to categorize and book event ticket sales as “donations”, especially given that a large portion of the cost is non-deductible.

Both of our calendar pages are set not to allow user-submitted events, yet we’re still getting spam events added. Could there be somewhere else they are sneaking in?

I’m getting this consistent error when entering a new expenditure for an existing recipient or new organization, with all required fields seemingly filled in:
There were problems with the following fields:
Is transfer is not included in the list
I’m also surprised to see all the contact fields appear even after I select an existing recipient.
It happens if I start fresh and make a new transaction.

Thank you for not just the detailed procedure here but also the big-picture thinking about how to effectively use social media that is sometimes hard for us NB/site/campaign managers to inculcate in our organizations’ leadership. I will definitely point some folks at this post and/or create a demonstration campaign based on this model to inspire ’em with the possibilities.
