Why can't I see the 'developer' tab

The 'developer' tab is missing in my site's 'settings' section, so cannot create a test token to use for the API. Have I missed a step? How can I create a test token?

Glad you found it! As a reminder the developer tab is available to certified NationBuilder Developers and on the Enterprise Level and above.
