Aristotle Sync is an integrated PAC and government relations web application. Aristotle Sync is a robust contact management platform that supports all PAC related activities such as fundraising, communications and Federal and State Compliance reporting. Aristotle Sync’s GR capabilities include legislator relationship management, grassroots and advocacy. Bill and vote tracking is also supported. All activities are managed within a single integrated application providing your team with a 360 degree view of your program.
To take advantage of this integration:
Step 1: Signup for an Aristotle account. You will be sent an API endpoint and a client token. Your endpoint and token will look similar to this:
Step 2: In your NationBuilder control panel, go to Settings > Developer > Web hook. In "When to POST" select "Donation succeeded" from the drop-down menu. Under "Endpoint URL," insert your Aristotle API endpoint. Then click the "Add webhook" button.
Step 3: Go to Settings > Developer > Webhook token. Copy and paste the token Aristotle sent you. Click the "Save webhook token" button.
Step 4: You’re good to go! If you login to Aristotle Sync you will start seeing your successful donations flow into the dashboard in real time. Please note that the following information is required for the integration to work:
- Donor first name
- Donor last name
- Donor address (including state as two character abbreviation)
- Donor email address
- Donation amount
- Donation date
