The answer depends on a couple of factors. Do you have auto-districting turned on? Did you update the person's primary address or edit the profile to change which type of address should be her primary address?

Assuming you have auto-districting turned on and you edited the person's primary address, then the person's district info will be updated automatically. If you update another address, no change will be made to the person's districts.
