My apologies if this has already been asked, but I'd like to be able to quickly identify if a person has received an email blast from us and which lists they are on.
In the very least it'd be useful to see if the constituent had received one of our email blasts, without having to go back into the communication panel.
Likewise it'd be good to be able to quickly look up which lists a person is on, without leaving their profile. That'd assist us to quickly see the whole picture of that constituent's contact with us.
Currently, the best way to track what email blasts a person has received over time is to append their profile with a tag that corresponds to each blast they receive. This can be done by batch updating the list to which you sent the blast.
With regard to seeing which lists a person is on, you can click the "arrow" button on the far right side of his profile. Click on "add or remove from list" and a pop-up will appear displaying all lists. Checkmarks indicate the lists that person is on. More detailed instructions are available on adding or removing a person from a list.
