My organization's NationBuilder backend has yet to be connected to our organization's webpage. I don't want individuals to see the nation builder page undone, so I want to change the "who can view this site" option to "admins." If i do this and create an event, will people who have a link to the event be able to see only that specific page (and not the rest of the site)? that's ideally what I would like for now. Let me know. Please and thank you!

If you make the site viewable only to admins then everything within it, including published events, will only be viewed by logged in admins.
Until the new site is ready I recommend using the "viewable by" feature at the page level, but more importantly you can make the event or calendar page your "homepage". Set all other pages to drafted or viewable only by admins.
