Community building happens both online and offline - and 1 of our goals is building bridges between both world so that your offline community members become online supporters and vice versa.

The Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE) understands the need to prepare aspiring young leaders from local cities throughout the United States. The Regional Leadership Development Conference (RLDC) was developed to foster an environment to accelerate and enhance our members’ leadership, management and technical skills. It is also designed to promote networking to help link SHPE’s undergraduate and graduate students and professionals with companies interested in local and regional outreach with SHPE Members. Hosted in seven regions across the United States between February–April, RLDC will improve leadership skills of upcoming new chapter board members and help strengthen the student and professional chapters in each region.
