Benjamin, since the feature you asked about is not currently available, I slightly modified your question and added it to the feature suggestion area of our site so that others can comment on it.

commented on Tracking donations from all email blasts
Carol, the functionality you’re suggesting to track everyone who gave donations after clicking through an email blast (or searching for the donations that result from email blasts) doesn’t currently exist in NationBuilder. You could use tags to help make this possible, but that wouldn’t account for a specific time frame.

If all of your phone calls are logged in your nation and you have a fundraising appeal contact type, you could search for the people who received those calls using Advanced Search. You would search for people who were contacted for (select fundraising appeal as the contact type) and contacted on date (select between) and enter the date range you want.

The video that was included in this post was out-dated and therefore became unavailable. I’ve updated the post to link to relevant how to guides. Our current live training is available at: http://nationbuilder.com/live_training

commented on How to set up memberships
I substantially updated this HOWTO to provide a clearer overview to the membership feature. (As an FYI, the membership import and paid membership HOWTOs have also been updated.)

As mentioned in previous comments, by default viewing pages can be limited to people who are members, not by membership type. Ethan, the work-around for the issue you describe regarding people with multiple membership types is to create filters that tag people based on membership type and status. Then use the people tags to limit the visibility of page content. If you would prefer to be able to limit page content by membership type regardless of whether a profile has multiple types of membership, please create a suggestion: http://nationbuilder.com/suggest

By gathering all issues in a single place and having the community weigh in on the relative importance of particular changes, customers can help prioritize product issues.

commented on Multiple Point Person(s)
Alex, the goal of the platform is transparent community organizing. So I’d recommend not heavily restricting access to the people in your database. That’s the best way to allow multiple people to contact someone. The system is designed to deepen relationships – so having a single point person makes sure that no one falls through the cracks, while allowing control panel users access to all people in your database allows them to engage with everyone.

At NationBuilder, we interact with customers using our own nation and unrestricted access to the people in our database allows us the flexibility you’re looking for.

Andres, I apologize that the instructions were out of date. Google updating their map app and maps cannot be placed using embed.ly.

commented on How to best insert Verified Merchant Seal for Authorize.net
Peter, you’re correct that the current way to add the HTML code snippet is in a donation page template or – if Authorize.net is the only processor you’re using to make the change at the site template level in the pages_show_donation_wide.html template.

I’ve moved your question to our feature suggestion area so that others can comment on your idea of inserting the HTML snippet under Bank Account setup.

commented on event_ticket_level
Number of tickets is the total number of tickets available for sale at that level (which does not decrease as tickets are sold).

commented on How to use map view and the turf cutter
Evan, you’re correct that a map will currently only display 10k people. Postal codes may be able to help you narrow down the geography.

We are working to expand the number of people displayed on a map. I’ll update this HOWTO when that’s complete.

commented on Changing the order of my hosts, tickets in an event page
Danny, tickets display in order from lowest price to highest price, regardless of the order they are entered in the control panel. The template uses this format to make it easier for event attendees to make a choice between different ticket options.

I see that you have already left a feature suggestion at http://nationbuilder.com/suggest – it might be useful to mark people for followup when they RSVP and have an organizer add additional tags to the person.
