Can I set up Automatic Email forwarding from NationBuilder?

I have my nation with emails coming through NationBuilder. This is great to send email blasts, but I'd like set up my NationBuilder mailbox to automatically forward these emails to an external address.

Is this possible? If so how?

Using NationBuilder as your email provider does not allow for forwarding to an external address.

You can answer emails 1×1 in the dashboard – http://nationbuilder.com/how_to_view_email_using_nationbuilder_mailboxes

Not being able to copy/forward messages to an external address is a huge flaw. I hope you fix this soon? How else are we supposed to answer questions from potential supporters, media, etc.? Please fix this soon.

Mark — While it’s not possible to automatically forward emails when using NationBuilder as your email provider, it is possible to use NationBuilder with an external email provider (that offers automatic email forwarding) and link the two using NationBuilder Mailboxes: http://nationbuilder.com/how_to_use_mailboxes
