Is there a way to tag everyone who liked a specific Facebook post. Currntly in the activity stream you see that some one has liked a Facebook post, but what post it was. From a targeting perspective it would be nice to be able to assign tags to likes for specific posts.

That's a great question.
It's not currently possible — within the Control Panel — to automatically isolate and/or tag people who have liked a specific Facebook post from one of your broadcasters. You can, however, isolate everyone in your nation who has "liked a Facebook post" generally from within People > Advanced Search.
I'd encourage you to add this as a feature request to our Suggestions page.
