Can NationBuilder allow members networks choose, if they wish, a term other than 'political capital'?

The world of politics tends to be one of zero-sum power struggles. Terms such as karma or contribution points may be more in the spirit of self-organizing, peer to peer online communities.

I hope you'll let member nations set their own terms, or choose among several pre-set options, for the recognition/appreciation system that they feel may be the best fit.

Currently the people at an address are listed in no particular order. For consistency, individuals should be sorted by age with the oldest at the top. This will place the parents at the top of the list with any grown children below that.

State volunterr coordinators usually want to break out their vounteers by county, but since most volunteers join online - the county isn't automatically assigned unless you think to put a list of counties in the volunteer page (and sometimes that's a long list of counties to enter!).

Could NB provide a settings option to add a county tag at geo-code time only for folks who join online (not voters)?   Adding tags like County.Coos or County.Tulsa would allow all county tags to be grouped together on a drop-down and leave no doubt that it's a county tag select if chosen.  

Alternatively, especially if the lead admin is tardy in planning for this, one must get a list of cities in each county, do an advanced search, make a list, do a batch update to add a county tag to everyone on the list, then create a filter for the county tag.  This would be seriously expedited if we could do a search for multiple cities separated by commas just like we already can on the state blank next to the city blank in advanced search.

Using county tags on online supporters instead of the address_county field for voters would sharpen the distinction between activist supporters/volunteers and voters and avoid temptations to 'pollute' the 'authority' of the voter database.  

I would like to be able to use variables like {{ first_name }} in text messages just like in emails.

The only problem I can really see with this would be that the field may push the message over the 140 character limit, in which case nationbuilder would simply have to check the longest name before sending.

It would be nice if the user profiles could list any blog posts written by that person.

Email notifications about new signups tell me which nation they signed up for but not what site (in our case, what film) they signed up on. This is very important for us. Maybe the easiest would be to include the automatic tags of the signup in the email?

It'd be great if we were able to rename PC and call it whatever we'd like. This would be great for those of us who are not using NationBuilding for a political campaign.

We get lots of request from clients to make certain feilds required. It would be great if most/all text fields would either accept a 'required' parameter at the template level or have a 'required' checbox in that form's settings.

We understand. philosphically, why more fields are not currently required, but not all of our clients do.
