How do I add "Opt out" on all emails, not just email blasts but emails sent in response to an action on a page, all emails need to have opt out messages. How do I do that?

Emails sent in response to action on a page are transactional emails. Since they are sent in response to a person's actions, they are handled differently than email blasts. Each of these emails includes a link in the footer to unfollow the page, which will opt the recipient out of further emails from that page.
On the other hand, an email blast cannot be deployed without an opt-out message.
