In some of our recent email blasts, when checking the spam score, I see "RCVD_REMOVED" listed, details read "Headers removed" with a severity score of 3.8. I tried googling to find out what this means and how to resolve it, but didn't have any luck. Since anything above a 4.0 is "very bad" and shouldn't be sent, I'd like to learn more about what this is and what we can do to avoid it. Thanks in advance!
I'm sorry about that spam score message. It appears it is actually something affecting all of our customers. Our engineers have been notified of the issue and are looking into it.
The good news is that the spam score given from the error message - RCVD_REMOVED - does not hurt your email deliverability.
