Yes, same thing happens to me as what happens to Travis County Green Party. It is very inconsistent: sometimes you check and it’s there; other times you check and it’s not. I heard from an NB support person that this is simply a sign of “bulk mail,” and that we just need to live with it. But given my experiences, this explanation doesn’t add up. I’ve been sending emails with NB for over a year, and I didn’t used to get it. It’s only a phenomenon of the past month or two for me.

I think it’s much better to keep your old videos on-line until the new ones are ready. I find that my team and I are very much handicapped by not having these videos. I had created a little guide for my team with all the links for the various features, and now none of them work. Please put the old videos back on-line while we wait for the new ones.

Thanks to my point person, I have the answer to my question below: Within your Website, go to Website/Tags to see a complete list of page tags ever created on your site. To remove a tag, click on the “edit” (pencil) icon next to it, and then you can delete the tag on the subsequent page.

Someone on my team erroneously changed one of my email templates. It’s in the status “changed,” but I will never publish it. In fact, I would like the changes to be undone. Is there any way to undo the changes, and revert back to the previously saved version?
