Twitter profiles that can't be matched during an import don't revert to Facebook or LinkedIn profile images

We have received reports from our customers that when they perform an import of email addresses into NationBuilder, their Twitter profiles are matched, but since the Twitter profile doesn't have an image, the image is broken. This broken image prevents the reverting process to Facebook or LinkedIn images. For example, if a Twitter profile has a broken image (the Twitter profile image can't be pulled publicly), the social media image should revert to the Facebook or LinkedIn profile image, but this is not the case.
