I ran for office last year and am now recycling my page to run again this year. We'll be adding a whole new bank account and transaction engine. I don't want to delete my donations from last year, but I also need to zero the total out for this year so that we aren't mixing the records.
I know that I can archive the 2014 donations page and create a new 2015 donations page from scratch, but my finance tab still shows my donation totals from last year. Is there a way to archive the donations themselves so that we can start fresh?
The best way to see donations from 2015 is to create a filter – in your Finance tab click the filter button and add criteria ‘transaction date’ – you can filter for all donations after a certain date (ie: Jan 1, 2015) and it will show you a running total. You can save the filter as a bookmark to go back to whenever you need. If you have any other questions please email us at [email protected]. Thanks!
