Who counts as a supporter?

A:

The base price of NationBuilder depends on how many supporters you have. A supporter is anyone who is subscribed to your email updates, following you on Twitter and receiving text messages. It does not include prospects (such as people on your voter list).

Nope, only Twitter followers of your broadcasters. My nation has a bunch of Twitter broadcasters, but most only have one or two. Good explanation on the landing page here – http://nationbuilder.com/screencasts

If a supporter links their Twitter account to their profile in my naiton, do their Twitter followers count toward my supporter limit?

A bad or unsubscribed email address turns someone to a non-supporter. But if you find they really are a supporter, you can always edit and and restore their support level.

How does a supporter become a non-supporter? We notice a couple of people in our database seem to have made this transition unintentionally.
