A few of the nations using Facturly were surprised with how difficult it can be to find, track and contact donors with failed payments so we built this into our app last year. Facturly is an app for NationBuilder that focus on streamlining tax receipts, but also allows nations to:
- Receive alerts for failed payments
- Automatically email onetime and recurring donors with failed payments
In addition, we track and flag recurring donations that were scheduled to be processed but for some reason did not process in the current month. This generally catches donors that have cancelled a recurring payment in PayPal without informing the nation.
