I would like to nominate Gina Simpson of BikeWalk Cleveland in Cleveland TN. She is a volunteer leader with tremendous talent and energy who has built this organization from the ground up. Most recently, working through the pandemic, she has implemented a bike give away and “teach your child to ride a bike” program to get kids riding. So far there have been over a dozen bike give aways with a dozen more planned for this year. Gina assists with “Walk to School” programs that are implemented locally and works in many other areas such as the local greenway board. More information can be found on instagram @bikewalkcleveland.
