This looks like it could be really useful. It would certainly solve this issue:

I’ve explained here:

commented on The option for "Don't publish my responses on the website" Only Prevents the First Response from being Published
We’ve also run in to this problem. We had a number of people complain that we published their survey responses after they had ask us not to. This is a serious problem for us. I realise that there is a lot less privacy and data protection regulation in the US, and different cultural attitudes, but in Europe we have to take this seriously. It also does us reputational damage.

commented on API requests larger than 1000 time out
FWIW I have an app that regularly sucessfully iterates the /people endpoint over a Nation with over 100k records. One diference is that I’m using a Python client, not curl.

commented on Giving the option to view an email online
I’ve been getting a few receipients of our emails complain that they can’t read our emails. Typically they are using ancient email clients (like Outlook Express). Being able to (automatically) provide a link to view the content of the email in a browser would be really helpful.

commented on Don't import cc'ed addresses when receiving emails on an email broadcaster
In Europe I believe this behaviour is going to become illegal under GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) becuase the CCed addresses will not have consented for their information to be processed and certainly not consented for it to be used for marketing activities. I hope NationBuilder are working to ensure their systems can be operated in accordance with the law.
