6 more states with refreshed voter file information

More updates and more data! With a little bit of love and magic, we transform the plethora of formats and file types that we receive to a single standardized format that can easily be used for targeting and GOTV efforts. Since our last post, we have updated Iowa, Louisiana, Maryland, Missouri, New York, and South Carolina with 2016 registration and voter history information.
