For some reason I am unable to remove control panel permissions from several former members of our team. I was able to do this with other former members. Is it because these people still have folks assigned to them in our Nation? I've tried a few different ways and nothing happens.

It is most likely that they still have people assigned to them - we'd need to take a look at the individuals if you remove everyone they are assigned to and you still cannot delete their permissions. Could you please email [email protected]?
