Authorize.net "General errors" do not generate error activities in recurring donations

We're observing that Authorize.net "General errors" do not generate error activities in recurring donations for NationBuilder. Unfortunately, NationBuilder doesn't pass an error activity when these errors occur on Authorize.net. The expected behavior is that the "General error" creates a respective activity in NationBuilder recurring donations. For context, Authorize.net has indicated that these general errors occur when credit cards expire or information on them are no longer valid. It would be useful to have these errors appear in NationBuilder so that it's easier to identify lapsed donors in the product. Right now, lapsed donors can be found in Authorize.net logs, or by creating a finance filter that searches for "Active" monthly donors that have not donated in the last 30 days.
