Billing>Credit Card is inaccessible for locked out nations

We are receiving reports that some users are unable to add their credit cards to billing profiles when their account is locked out. Users are logging into the control panel to pay the overdue invoice, navigating towards the credit card tab and the button does not respond.


Update 8/11: This issue has been fixed.
