We do not have individual permissioning options. You might use an embed code or iframe from another source in your template to create such a setup.

NationBuilder is not designed to be a storage system for large files – I think you will find a MP3 and audio file service like SoundCloud.com a great solution for storing, sorting and then embedding players for your nation.

Ron, if you list your chapter meetings as events, NationBuilder will generate a public map of the locations.
