commented on Is it possible to get a list of upcoming events?
@andrewbath The reason it is not working is because tag does not have the page variable “events_upcoming.” See all tag page variables here:
http://nationbuilder.com/page_tag_variables

The first example, for calendar pages, does work because “events_upcoming” is a calendar page variable:
http://nationbuilder.com/calendar_page_variables

We recommend for the {% for event in tag.events_upcoming } you actually use: { for event in tag.most_recent_published_pages %}

commented on Deleting "participate" block from Victory theme
Hey Tracey, the participate box starts in line 112 of the layout.html file of this theme with <div class=“participate”> . The box consists of two components, the top content and the bottom content ( where a person inserts their email.) Hope that clears things up!

commented on How can I change the colors of my website?
If you have made changes to the header-color, have cleared your site cache, and are still not seeing the color change it may be because there is a header-texture overriding the header color. Depending on the theme you are working with, the line on which the header-texture is located will vary but you will need to look for it and comment it out. It’s usually towards the end of your theme.scss file and will be under header-container. It will look a bit like this:
header-container {
  background-color: <a class="tweet-url cashtag" href="https://twitter.com/#!/search?q=%24header" title="$header">$header</a>-color;
  background-image: <a class="tweet-url cashtag" href="https://twitter.com/#!/search?q=%24header" title="$header">$header</a>-texture;
  background-position: top left;
  color: <a class="tweet-url cashtag" href="https://twitter.com/#!/search?q=%24theme" title="$theme">$theme</a>-color-20;
  position:relative;
  .width-container {
    background-color: <a class="tweet-url cashtag" href="https://twitter.com/#!/search?q=%24theme" title="$theme">$theme</a>-color-3;
    background-image: url("header-background.jpg");

you’ll want to comment out background-image like this:
/* background-image: $header-texture; */

This should get rid of the texture overriding the header color.
