For a receipt to prove the refund of a donation, you will need to go through your payment processor (PayPal, Authorize.net, Sage Pay, Democracy Engine, etc.). NationBuilder only tracks donations; it doesn't collect them. What you can do is get the refund receipt from your processor and forward it to your supporter from there.
