My organization is going to be hosting an event where several small group discussions are going to be happening at the same time on different topics and in different places. We want to cap the registration for each group at 15 people. Is there a way to create these separate sessions within one event? Last year, we set up separate events for each discussion. This felt overly cumbersome when registering (especially once things started filling up) and from an administration standpoint.
In order to track which people sign up for each event, you will want to set up each group discussion as a separate event page. As an alternative to setting up one event page with various location options, you could configure one Calendar type page for all of the small group discussions. This would allow you to direct people to your calendar page regardless of their location.
