We have received reports that if a user accidently makes a purchase and is invoiced (and paid). If the control panel user attempts to refund the invoice through the control panel, the invoice cannot be refunded because of the PayPal Payflow processor. Additionally, if the user refunds the invoice amount through PayPal Payflow, the user cannot delete the invoice within NationBuilder (to clean up the user's records) because the invoice has been paid.
Thanks Alex - I know that you cannot delete finalized invoices but I understand the issue with the refund not processing in NationBuilder and therefore not allowing the invoice to be unpaid.
We will keep an eye on this issue - it would be helpful to see how many people this affects.
