That answer just reconfirmed the problem. My suggestion is, instead of the system basing it on unique identifiers (such as an email address) that can change from time to time and can be put in with slight alteration, why not allow the administrator the opportunity to import as a new record or merge with existing records. I wouldn’t be suggesting this if it wasn’t for the fact that I am manually searching for duplicates through my dashboard stream every day. This is the first database that has not allowed me to choose what I want to do.
