Crew (https://crew.co/) has created an exclusive network just for certified NationBuilder partners.
If you’re not familiar with Crew, they are a platform that handles the vetting, budgeting, and scoping process for design + development projects. They also provide a payment escrow system, baked-in agreement/contract management, and tools for file/screenshot sharing.
For you, this means you’ll have access to more NationBuilder projects and will be able to apply directly for projects that match you and your team’s skillsets.
What happens is, each day Crew sends out an email with NationBuilder projects that match your skill and budget requirements. Projects are generally scoped/budgeted and you can then let Crew know which projects you’re interested in.
Each project is then shortlisted, meaning you’ll be one of 3 or 4 teams looped into the project. This gives you a greater chance of landing more work, and focuses your efforts on projects that are most relevant to your business.
This will help streamline the process for the more ambiguous NationBuilder projects and improve efficiency for client relationships while saving you time submitting RFP’s and scope documents.
Crew will factor a 10% fee into each project budget to cover their costs of the matching and management processes (which can be budgeted in for client quotes). Once you sign up, you’ll be introduced to their internal Happiness Team who you’ll be able to work directly with to resolve any issues on projects as well as during the matching process for each project.
