If I add an org or person and add a Twitter ID that's already in use in someone else's record in the nation (for example), I get an error and that field is highlighted -- fine. However, any tags I had filled out to assign to the org or person get lost on the resubmit form. There may be other fields affected by this issue as well, but this is one that I've confirmed as replicable.
