I’m working with a client who’s trying to find a very specific rolling group of folks: people whose memberships are expiring exactly four weeks from now. Currently, they can search for people whose memberships expire in 31 days, or whose memberships expire within a specific date range, but not a rolling, relative period of more than three weeks but not more than a month.

I’m proposing an additional date filtering criteria of “not in the next” — a negative search of upcoming dates. By pairing this with the current “in the next” criteria, you could find a relative time period of some time in the future but not beginning today. As you can imagine, this might have multiple applications.
