Multi-choice survey question with checkboxes

At the moment there is no way to get multiple answers from a multi-choice question. And having a yes/no question for every possibility means having a survey over 8 pages long.
Can another question type be added that allows multiple answers, each with their own tag?

    In March 2013, nearly six years ago and repeatedly asked for since.

    Simply frustrating! 5 years and still not fixed! They expend more time explaining how to create the action chains to make a patch instead to fix the problem! flagged 38 URGENT · 45 IMPORTANT TO ME. What do they need to move forward?

    Considering this was posted 5 years ago, I’d like to see the feature implemented soon. Any good survey system should allow check boxes.

    I consider this to be an urgent feature. Sending customers to multiple pages increases the drop out rate and limits the quality of information that I obtain. Please plan this. Its important.
