Go to your broadcaster and turn off all auto imports under Broadcaster > Settings > Twitter. Uncheck auto imports and click Save Twitter settings.

Delete any recurring imports- Go to People > Imports > XX recurring and click on the trash can button next to any Twitter imports.

Search for people that only have engaged with you via Twitter using the filter criteria "interacted on twitter" and/or "following on twitter" but have no other engagements with you.

Analyze those records and consider removing them from your nation or remove their social media information in a batch clear action.
