    Contact via blast is key contact information. Understanding who has opened what and their open-click history is central to many campaigns. Having to batch them is clunky and time-consuming. Would be great for NB to fix this.

    This is important to my company for two reasons:
    1) There is no other way to access records of email blasts via API, so we can’t update our central data warehouse with who has been contacted.
    2) When looking at a 360 view of a constituent, we should see all communication with them. This is essential for our campaign folks to ensure we aren’t overly spamming people with communications, when reaching out to them directly via all modern channels. (Text, Social, Email)

    I agree. To me this is a key benefit I would expect to see in an integrated system. I want to see all activity and engagements made through NB to be recorded on an individual person record. With this I’d extend this to more than just email blasts, but also transactional emails like auto-responses and receipts.

    This is an import update for me – for both emails and texts. In communicating regularly with applicants, it is tedious to have to go to batch updates for something that should be easily automated.

    This is very important to us! The batch update feature doesn’t work consistently for large lists so is not a great replacement option. Thanks!

    Make the filters for email opens and clicks only search among people who have received emails
