I set up a PayPal merchant account and attached it to my NB account. But when I go to New Page to create a Donation page, no option for "Donation" page type appears under the long list of options. Is that because I'm on the 14-day free trial, or is there another reason? Thanks a lot.

When page types are missing on your nation's site, it is because you don't have that particular feature turned on for your nation. If you are running the business edition of NationBuilder, the donation pages are not turned on by default. Instead, these nations have invoice pages.
If you need a specific page type that you think you should have, email your organizer. They can help you get the pages you need for your nation.
