Social media matching does not run when people are added manually

We've received reports that signup profiles are not matched to Twitter, Facebook, etc. when those people have been added manually to the database via People > + New person. If they are deleted and re-added via import or join on the website, social matching occurs as expected.


Thanks Lindsey - I've seen this as well - we will let you know if there are any updates to this issue.
