Hi, Kevin, This helps a bit but since the employment fields are required for our reporting I worry donors won’t fill them in if not required. When a person is unemployed, they still have to declare that information for our PDC reports. I want to add code that will say something like if employer = “N/A” then Employer_Address = “N/A”, Employer_City = “N/A” or better yet, just skip the questions for the non-existent employer altogether.
