This is VERY important to us – not being able to show that we can make a donor/donation anonymous can cost us money; we have donors who will not give if we can’t assure them that the donation will remain anonymous. We also would like to be able to keep anonymous donations invisible to our lower tiers of permission sets.

The official answer does not seem to answer the original question. Once a person has unsubscribed using one email how do we then subscribe them using a NEW or DIFFERENT email address without creating another record?

I see now that I can download a csv for each type of membership in Settings > Defaults > Membership types > [membership name]; from there I can knock the lists together and figure out what I need to know. I’d like to suggest that the membership table information be available in the filters so that questions like this can be answered without all the downloading and data massaging.

Thank you Jazmine. I am still confused. What we’d like to have happen is for the membership expiration date to re-set to a year (for example) from the date of the gift – is this possible or is it something we’d have to do by hand? (We have resorted to running a periodic task to batch update the expiration dates.)
