Custom Fields Included in Email Notification

We use our custom fields to allow donors to indicate that their donation is in someone's name. This information is not included with the email notification I get when someone makes a donation. This means I have to go through each donation and click around two or three times to see if they even filled out the custom field, let alone made the donation in someone's name and requested an acknowledgment.
