Hi Patricia - you can send the survey via email (you would need to link to the survey in the email) to everyone with a tag. If you are sending to more than one tag you can add everyone to a list (using a filter for tags and add to list in the top right) and send to that list!

If there are both prospects and supporters on the list you will need to send two emails. Let us know if you have any additional questions!
