If there is a way to search and export private notes and things like text replies, voice mails, etc, it is not apparent.
The lack of professional reporting options has made me stop using NB email blast in favour of MailChimp. Now it is making me look for a decent text blast alternative.
There seems to be a real lack of effective product management at NationBuilder.
