We have a recurring donor who has moved. The PDF receipts they receive still list their original address they made the donation despite updating all instances of their address in NationBuilder and within the Payment Processor.
Thanks for submitting this issue. Unfortunately, we don't currently have a way to update your address for recurring donations, though we will take this feedback into consideration. For the time being, there are two possible ways to update this information if someone who has a recurring donation moves/changes address: you can cancel the donation and make a new one with the new address, or you can contact your connected payment processor directly and, if your settings allow it, update the address for the transactions. We'll keep you updated here if anything changes on our end.
