I need your help in blog page. Is it possible to create two separate pages of blog, in which one page contain the list of blogs tagged with "A" and another page is also a list of blogs but tagged with "B".

Yes absolutely!
You can create two separate blogs and in each blog in blog settings make sure to uncheck 'Show all blog posts on the site, not just the ones under this blog'. Then create a third blog and CHECK 'Show all blog posts on the site, not just the ones under this blog' so that will be your comprehensive blog!
