Ethan – go to the dashboard of the feedback page. On the right side of the feedback, you’ll see an arrow. Click that icon and you’ll see the option to delete the activity. Once you click on “Delete activity,” the feedback will disappear and you’ll see the question “Are you sure you want to delete this activity? Yes No” Click on Yes to delete the activity – it will then be removed from the activity stream of the public webpage if it was sent as public feedback.

As a reminder, there’s no way to undelete the activity after confirming you want to delete the activity.

Sandra – there’s a work-around for what you’re asking. When you set up the length of time for a paid membership on a membership page, you can make it longer than an average lifetime – i.e. 99 years or 200 years. That will keep people as members with the expiration date not relevant.

You can then change how the system displays the page by editing the page template.

Under the liquid statement “if membership_option.auto_renew?” you’ll want to delete the code that displays the duration of the membership. You can replace it with a statement that membership has no expiration or is a lifetime membership.

Preston, you’ll need to either change the Twitter account associated with the broadcaster or choose a different broadcaster. More than one broadcaster can use the same email address – so if that is why you want to use a particular broadcaster as the primary broadcaster for a site, you have some options.
