I've created a custom theme cloned from Publish.  I've tried changing the colors in both the tablet-and-desktop.scss and theme.scss style sheets but seems to have no effect when I try to preview the draft changes I saved.   I've been making my changes to the $theme-color-2 variable but I'm not sure if that's the one governing the background color of the top nav.

Any guidance would be much appreciated!
