How do I add an "Upload" button to the "Settings" page for an image?

Official response from

NationBuilder does not currently support uploading custom avatars for public profiles. Individuals profiles will use the following photos (in order):

  1. Twitter profile photo;
  2. Facebook profile photo;
  3. LinkedIn profile photo;
  4. the Default Avatar.
