Travis Ely Jupp HALA NB Admin

Hey all,

Just a dude here that enjoys design and coding. Currently I'm in charge of HungerActionLA.org on Nation Builder, a Los Angeles based non-profit working to end hunger and malnutrition. I'm located in Los Angeles and am learning more coding skills these days. I have a BS in Visual Communications, I love typography, design, color theory, art history, drawing, illustrating, designing websites from scratch, modifying themes, managing websites, and social media accounts for my clients.

As for the coding part, I'm learning more and am on meetup / linkedin / twitter / google+ etc... and interested in working with coders and designers. I enjoy going to coding and design events and meetups in LA.

Get in touch if you're interested in working with me. -Travis Ely

Hello, I’m looking for documentation on the aware grid system to learn how to properly use it. My nation is http://hungeractionla.org I’m working on a page layout using the aware theme grid system: _grid.scss I’m not sure If I should wrap each row in a .row-fluid for each row then use .span4 (for example) next to lets say a .span7 then a line break (clearfix) to start a new row, or just wrap the whole section in .row-fluid separating the rows with the .span divs and linebreaks or clearfixes.
example:

For coding a two-column/ two-row layout Is it best to:
<div class="“row-fluid”">
                <div class="“span4”">row1col1</div><div class="“span7">row1col2</div>
          <div class="“span4”">row2col1</div><div class="“span7”">row2col2</div>
</div>

Or create a two-column/two-row layout like this:
<div class="“row-fluid”">
                <div class="“span4”">row1col1</div><div class="“span7">row1col2</div>
</div>
<div class="“row-fluid”">
          <div class="“span4”">row2col1</div><div class="“span7”">row2col2</div>
</div>

I’ve had trouble finding a page on NB support for grid use. anyone have link addressing this? -Thanks
