My import is not working - is that because I have the trial version?

It looks like the imports in your nation don't have any fields mapped. You will need to map the fields in your CSV file to the field names NationBuilder expects in order to proceed with your import. Remember, all imports to your nation will require a unique identifier in order to run. You can learn about unique identifiers from the help document  What is a unique identifier?

We have a help document that steps you through the import process: "Preparing for your import". That thread of articles will help you through getting your first import done.
